I hereby release all interests in the DVD produced for the workshop and agree to the taping as a condition of my participation in the 2010 Spirit of the Tribes Show, to be sold ONLY to the Dancers Performing at the event.

By agreement to participate, you assume the risk & responsibility for injuries & the submission of Registration & Fee indicate your agreement.
